Due to the natural imperfections and slightly variations in our handmade products, we do not offer refunds. We accept a return for an exchange (excluding the cost of the original shipping). However, in the case you receive a damaged product; please send us an email immediately to info@anashi.ch

Be sure to include your order number and any products you wish to exchange.

Request for an exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the original condition with all tags remaining in place and packaging included.

We cannot accept any return that does not meet these requirements. If your return does not meet the conditions above listed, the package will be sent back to you.

Once your return has reached our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for your new product to be dispatched to your address.

We do not accept any sales items for returns, we only accept request for an exchange. Please, send an email to customer support info@anashi.ch for a return approval before shipping back the package.
