WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders placed within Switzerland will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders placed outside Switzerland will be delivered within 5-7 business days. Please inquire for faster shipping rates.
There can be the occasional customs or courier delays that may affect your delivery timeframe.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
There may be duties and/or foreign taxes applied by customs towards your order when delivery is made. We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by Anashi. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept a return for an exchange (excluding the cost of original shipping). Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must in the original condition with all tags remaining in place.
We cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
We do not accept any sale items for return; we only accept requests for an exchange.
Please, send email to customer support email@example.com for a return approval before shipping back the package.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Anashi for an exchange are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Email our customer support firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you all the details you need.
We cannot be held liable for the loss of your product being returned.
We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return.
If you are exchanging, we will send your new product out, and email you a new tracking number.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com so we can personally assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
